# Addendum for SLURP-54 | Request for OTC SDL Token Purchase with Flexible LP Commitment Options on Base

**Summary**

This Addendum proposes to switch the overall sale limit from a token quantity to a fixed USD value, and introduces flexibility to the Spot Support Track to ensure the targeted operational runway funding of $250,000-300,000 is met.

**Specification**

1.The total sale across both the Standard and Spot Support Tracks is capped at **$350,000** , removing the previous SDL token cap.

2.The fixed quantity of 55,000 SDL is removed.

3.An **initial** individual purchase cap of **$50,000** is set for both tracks.

4.Minimum threshold to participate in the OTC is **$20,000**.

5.If the combined raise from both tracks falls below $ **250,000** , the individual purchase cap for both tracks is automatically lifted to allow larger individual buy-ins to meet the fundraising target.

**Conclusion**

These amendments prioritize meeting the DAO’s $250,000-$300,000 fundraising target by removing structural friction associated with token price volatility and low individual purchase limits.
