To confirm @yorick, it will be from the treasury. So the treasury will be 40.9M minus the 1M per each NOP just after deployment of this SLURP.

Hey gang, thanks for sharing such thoughtful feedback on the SDL Tokenomics 2.0 proposal SLURP-8 over the last week.
