SLURP-60 | Community Analytics Dashboard

Summary

Requesting $2,413 in SDL for the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of stakedotlink.money — a real-time analytics dashboard for stake.link.

  • $2,000 — paid in 9× 4-year locked reSDL NFTs (dashboard creation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance)
  • $413 — paid in liquid SDL (domain and tooling reimbursement)

Additionally requesting that a Claude Max subscription ($200/mo) be included in the NAIL role stack through July 2026 as part of the FY2026 budget. This is the primary tool used to build and maintain DAO infrastructure, including this dashboard and the internal monitoring tool currently in progress.

Abstract & Motivation

stake.link currently has no single interface where prospective stakers, partners, or community members can view the protocol’s key metrics at a glance. Data is scattered across Dune, DeFiLlama, CoinGecko, and the app itself. This dashboard consolidates everything into one place, making the protocol easier to understand, share, and evaluate.

Specification

What Was Built

A custom Next.js analytics dashboard with 7+ live data integrations, deployed on Vercel with a custom domain. Key features include:

Live Protocol Metrics

  • TVL, staker count, reward distributions
  • LINK / SDL / ETH prices with 24h change

Staking Pool Cards

  • LINK, POL, and reSDL pools with APRs, reward rates, TVL, and direct stake links

DeFi Integrations

  • Curve stLINK/LINK pool, Morpho LINK Vault, Morpho wstLINK Market — live TVL, APY, and deposit links

Historical Charts (D3.js)

  • TVL over time, stLINK minted, reSDL minted, reSDL by lock duration (via JW’s Dune Analytics)
  • Area charts, stacked area charts, sparklines, and interactive tooltips

What-If Calculator

  • Interactive staking projections with compound growth and breakeven analysis

Priority Pool Activity Feed

  • Recent deposits with on-chain transaction links

Node Operators

  • All 15 operators displayed with profile links

UX & Design

  • Dual-mode UI (Retail / TradFi) — adjusts language and framing per audience
  • Dark / light theme toggle
  • Fully mobile responsive

Data Sources:
stake.link APIs, subgraph, on-chain RPC, Dune Analytics, CoinGecko, DeFiLlama, Morpho, Curve, Snapshot, Etherscan

The ask:

1.Domain, tooling used during devleopment (Claude Max subscription) - $413 as liquid SDL for reimbursement

2.Dashboard creation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance - $2,000 worth of 4year locked SDL NFTs

Total: $2,413

Additionally, I’m requesting that a Claude Max subscription ($200/mo) be included as part of my NAIL role stack through July 2026. This is the primary tool I use to build and maintain DAO infrastructure, including this dashboard and the internal monitoring tool currently in progress.

Ongoing Maintenance, Rationale, Conclusions

For context, the CCIP Tracker sponsorship (SLURP-50) and CCIPMetrics (SLURP-36) were both approved for a payment of $5,000 in liquid SDL. This proposal is $2,413 for a fully built, live product with ongoing maintenance, and the locked SDL payment structure demonstrates long-term alignment with the protocol. I will maintain the dashboard at no additional cost (unless required infra wise) - bug fixes, API updates, and new DeFi integration sections as they launch (Aave, new LSTs, etc.).

Great tool. I don’t see what the problem would be. Simple and clear tools that allow potential users to create their own projections are a great built-in tool for dapps. It’s a permissionless ecosystem so the barrier to entry is the friction between the user and their imagination.

The cost itself is very small relative to what it enables.

I like it across the board and am supportive! This is definitionally Retroactive Public Goods Funding.

Excellent point. Its a beautiful interface that puts everything somebody would want to know right at their fingertips, and the ask feels reasonable to me financially. If we were hiring an external contractor for it this would be easily five figures.

I feel obliged to ask: how do we know this SLURP wasn’t quietly submitted by an agent without Tokenized being aware?

Jokes aside, congratulations. This is a genuinely strong step forward for the stake.link ecosystem. A community analytics dashboard signals maturity. It says we’re ready to anchor discussions in shared data rather than intuition, narrative or fragmented sources

The UX structure is clean and thoughtfully laid out. I encourage everyone to think about what could make it more powerful and give feedback. On my end I would perhaps highlight more the stLINK staking dominance: Community, Nop and Total dominance. Adding current rewards rates for each could also help newcomers understand how the blended yield works

I believe this has the potential to become a governance reference layer.. the Golden source of truth that grounds (SLURP) discussions in data rather than perception. Over time, incorporating historical comparisons around major upgrades, more granular fee distribution breakdowns, or visibility into reSDL participation dynamics could make it an indispensable governance companion. When proposals are debated, participants could point to the dashboard rather than argue from memory

It can evolve into something even larger. Beyond internal use it can serve as a credibility surface for external partners or institutions evaluating the protocol. A well-maintained analytics layer signals transparency, operational competence and long-term seriousness

TL;DR this feels like an inflection point. A protocol that invests in clarity invests in resilience. If this is the direction we’re heading.. data-driven governance, shared transparency and structured debate.. I’m all-in

And if it was in fact submitted by an agent.. well at least it’s working for us, not against us

This is great Tokenized!

Nice work, all for it

Would love to see the amount of SDL staked for each lock duration under the section:

Staking SDL = Printing Yield

Also, if you could display the real amount of SDL in circulation (the way coingecko’ used to calculate it).

Cheers

Excellent work on this, looks great!

  • Could add a visual representation of the fee flow from both pools which would help show the utility of SDL and explain why the stLINK reward rate is higher than standard staking. I think anything that can be shown visually is helpful such as on https://ultrasound.money/
  • Could add an simplified version as there may be a bit too much information for new users. I’m thinking here of the information on the node operators and audits and the NFT unlock and new stakers sections (some of information is also already shown prominently on the main site). The versions could be titled simple/advanced, or similar.
  • Following on from the above point, it would be good to have this integrated or at least linked to on the main site, as suggested on Telegram.
